This Privacy Policy applies to the FontCraft mobile application developed for Android devices and hosted under the domain fontcraft.buywisehub.in.

We believe privacy is a fundamental right. Unlike apps that depend on advertising or cloud telemetry, FontCraft is built from the ground up as an offline-capable, standalone creative tool that respects your digital boundaries.

2. Zero Data Collection Architecture

FontCraft does not collect, record, process, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) to remote servers. Specifically:

• No Account Creation: You do not need to register, provide an email address, phone number, or login credentials to use any feature of FontCraft.
• No Personal Identifiers: We do not capture your IP address, Android Advertising ID (AAID), IMEI, or device hardware identifiers.
• No Usage Profiling: We do not track which fonts you generate, how often you launch the app, or how you interact with our editing tools.
• No Cloud Storage: None of your content is stored on cloud servers.

3. Android Permissions & How They Are Used

FontCraft requests only the minimum runtime permissions necessary to deliver local user-initiated features. We adhere strictly to the principle of least privilege:

A. Photo & Media Library Access (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES)

Why it is needed: When you open the Photo Studio and tap "Change Background" or "Select Image", the Android system image picker is invoked so you can choose a photo from your local storage to use as a typography canvas.

Data Protection Guarantee: The chosen photo is rendered locally inside the app's sandboxed canvas memory. FontCraft does not scan, upload, or index your photo library.

B. Storage Write / Gallery Save Permission

Why it is needed: When you complete your typography artwork in the Photo Studio and tap "Save", FontCraft saves the generated high-resolution PNG image directly to your device's photo gallery.

Data Protection Guarantee: FontCraft only creates the new artwork file you explicitly requested to save. It never modifies, deletes, or reads any other files on your device.

C. Custom Aesthetic Virtual Keyboard

Why it is needed: FontCraft includes an in-app aesthetic keyboard enabling quick switching between Unicode fonts, kaomoji emotions, and text decorations.

Data Protection Guarantee: The keyboard processes keystrokes strictly on-device. FontCraft contains no keylogger mechanisms, does not cache keystrokes to disk, and never transmits your typed text across any network connection.

4. Third-Party Services, SDKs & Advertisements

FontCraft is completely ad-free and tracking-free:

• No Advertising SDKs: We do not integrate Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, or any third-party advertising networks.
• No Analytics SDKs: We do not integrate Google Analytics for Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Facebook SDK, or Mixpanel.
• Google Fonts: When custom typeface previews are displayed, standard font assets are bundled locally within the app package, preventing third-party tracking.

5. Children's Online Privacy Protection (COPPA & Families Policy)

FontCraft complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play’s Families Policy. Because the app does not collect personal data from any user, it does not collect personal data from children under 13 years of age (or applicable age in your jurisdiction).

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Because FontCraft does not collect or transmit your data to any external server, there is no server-side retention of user data.

Any user preferences (such as your last selected font preset or canvas color) are stored strictly within the private local app storage on your device. You can permanently erase all local app data at any time by uninstalling the application or using Settings > Apps > FontCraft > Clear Storage on your Android device.

7. Security of Your Information

We rely on Android's robust sandbox architecture to protect the app's local memory and preferences. All operations remain isolated within the application process on your physical device.

8. International Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA & Indian DPDPA)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), users have rights regarding access, deletion, and non-sale of personal data.

Because we never collect, store, process, or sell your personal information, FontCraft inherently complies with the strictest interpretations of these privacy laws by default.

9. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or regulatory standards. If we make material modifications, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
