1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FontCraft mobile application or visiting fontcraft.buywisehub.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. License Grant & Usage Rights

FontCraft grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on compatible Android devices in accordance with these Terms and Google Play Store policies.

Commercial & Personal Use of Generated Art: Any typography designs, decorated text, or composite photo artworks you create using FontCraft are entirely your property. You are free to share, publish, or use your creations for personal, social media, or commercial projects without royalty obligations to FontCraft.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use FontCraft to:

Create, generate, or publish content that promotes hate speech, violence, harassment, defamation, or illegal activities.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the binary packages of the application.
Circumvent or tamper with security or platform sandboxing mechanisms.

4. Intellectual Property

The FontCraft name, logo, custom user interface designs, and code are the intellectual property of the developers of FontCraft. Standard Unicode characters, system font glyphs, and open-source components used under permissible licenses remain the property of their respective creators.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

FontCraft is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to ensure maximum reliability and performance across all Android devices, we do not warrant that the application will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FontCraft and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
